Brunei's DPMM FC in Talks with Indonesian Striker Ramadhan Sananta
DPMM FC, a football club based in Brunei Darussalam, is reportedly in negotiations to sign Ramadhan Sananta, an Indonesian national team striker. The club, which has previously competed in leagues in Singapore and Malaysia, is set to participate in the Malaysian Super League for the upcoming season. DPMM FC is targeting Sananta to fill the ASEAN foreign player spot for the 2025-26 season of the Malaysian league.

The club has announced its interest in acquiring the 22-year-old forward, who currently plays for Persis Solo in Indonesia's top division. Sananta's contract with Persis is set to expire at the end of this season, and he has made a significant impact during his time there, scoring 16 goals and providing 3 assists in 57 appearances. DPMM FC, under the guidance of Scottish coach Jamie McAllister, is looking to strengthen its squad with this key addition.

Sananta's move to DPMM FC would further elevate his profile, especially as he has been called up to the Indonesian national team for upcoming World Cup qualifiers against China and Japan in June 2025. As DPMM FC prepares for its new challenge in the Malaysian league, securing Sananta would be a major boost to their attacking options for the 2025/2026 season.
