Persib Bandung officially clinched the 2024–25 Liga 1 title after their closest rivals, Persebaya Surabaya and Dewa United, failed to close the point gap. Although Persib had a chance to secure the championship earlier, a narrow loss to Malut United delayed their celebrations.
