Kylian Mbappe missed Real Madrid's Christmas luncheon due to a fever

According to a report by Relevo, forward Kylian Mbappé missed Real Madrid's Christmas luncheon due to a fever. The report states that Mbappé was absent from Real Madrid’s traditional Christmas gathering on Friday due to a mild fever, making him the only first-team player unable to attend. The club took advantage of a brief break in this week’s schedule to bring together players from the men’s first football team, as well as the men’s and women’s basketball teams, for a meal with President Florentino Pérez. Honorary President Pirri and several board members also attended the event.
Mbappé was unable to participate in the gathering due to a sudden onset of discomfort and also missed the hospital visit scheduled in the afternoon. The French player has been dealing with a fever recently and has stayed at home for a few days to recover and alleviate symptoms. His goal is to be ready for the Intercontinental Cup final scheduled for next Wednesday.
Carlo Ancelotti has also confirmed that Mbappé’s condition is not serious. Ancelotti said, “Fortunately, Mbappé will only need a short time to recover and won’t lose the recent momentum he’s gained.”
