AC Milan Revives Pursuit of Ardon Jashari with New Offer to Club Brugge
AC Milan remains determined to sign Swiss midfielder Ardon Jashari from Club Brugge as part of their summer transfer plans for 2025. After missing out on other midfield targets, the Serie A giant has shifted its focus entirely to Jashari, viewing the 22-year-old as a key piece in their squad rebuild under coach Max Allegri. Known for his versatility in midfield, Jashari is expected to help Milan implement a fresh tactical approach next season.
The club previously made an initial offer of 38 million euros, which included cash and performance bonuses, but this fell short of Brugge’s valuation. The Belgian club is reportedly holding out for a direct payment closer to 40 million euros, causing talks to stall. Despite this, Milan is preparing to revise their proposal in hopes of bridging the gap.
Milan’s new strategy involves a slightly lower upfront payment paired with lighter bonuses, aiming to meet Brugge’s financial expectations while making the deal more feasible. This revised offer is seen as a compromise that could satisfy both clubs and facilitate a quicker agreement ahead of the new season.
If successful, the addition of Jashari would complement experienced midfielders like Luka Modric and the previously targeted Samuele Ricci, creating a balanced and dynamic core for Milan. The club is eager to finalize the transfer soon to strengthen their squad before competitive matches begin.
