Arema FC Signs Former Indonesia U-19 Striker Teuku Razzaa Fachrezi
Arema FC has officially signed young Indonesian striker Teuku Razzaa Fachrezi ahead of the 2025–2026 Liga 1 season. The former Indonesia U-19 national team player previously underwent a successful trial period with the club before securing a long-term contract. Razzaa, who most recently played for Rayo Vallecano C in Spain, joins Arema FC to strengthen their attacking line alongside fellow new recruit Dimas Aryaguna.

Razzaa’s football journey includes representing Indonesia in high-profile youth international matches, such as friendlies against South Korea, Venezuela, and Ghana, as well as appearances in the 2022 AFF U-19 Championship. During his time with the national team, he made four appearances and scored one goal under the guidance of coach Shin Tae-yong. His international exposure and European experience have made him a promising addition to the Singo Edan squad.

Prior to his stint in Spain, Razzaa played for Persija Jakarta’s youth team in the Elite Pro Academy U-18. His transition to Europe marked an important phase in his development, which Arema FC now aims to harness in domestic competition. At 21 years old, he still qualifies under the league’s youth player regulations, making him a strategic signing for both present and future needs.

The club announced the signing through social media, highlighting their intent to invest in young talent as part of their squad-building strategy. Razzaa expressed gratitude for the opportunity, stating that he was eager to prove himself during the trial and thrilled to earn a contract. With Liga 1 set to begin soon, all eyes will be on how the former national youth striker adapts to top-flight football in Indonesia.
